We’ve been working behind the scenes reading and organizing lots of comic books, so we thought it might be a nice idea to tell you what exactly has been updated recently. Our latest round of enhancements are all from the Fresh Start era. Read on to learn more!

Today we’re excited to announce that Marvel Guides will begin covering DC Comics, creating the same high-quality and accurate reading orders that you’ve come to expect from us for the past several years. While creating guides for Marvel comics is still our top priority (it’s in our name after all), we’re fans of all comics and thought we had a great opportunity and platform to expand the scope of the site.

The first section of our Marvel Bronze Age reading order is finally ready, guiding you through the first new years of this exciting new era for the Marvel Universe!

The Jonathan Hickman era of the X-Men marches onward! The mutants of the Marvel Universe face new and bold challenges as they try to maintain their grip on Krakoa and the world that surrounds them. In addition to a number of new series like X-Corp and Way of X, this era features the long-awaited Hellfire Gala, which just may end in a shocking way that could define Magneto for years to come.

We’re excited today announce that one of our most requested guides is finally complete—our Silver Age of Marvel reading order! With Part 5: End of the Beginning added to the guide, you can now enjoy every Marvel comic from the first appearance of the Fantastic Four in 1961 up through 1970. And we hope to not keep you waiting too much longer for what’s next. Who’s ready for the Bronze Age of Marvel?

We’ve spent the past few weeks updating and enhancing our already robust Fresh Start guide to make our reading orders even more complete and accurate. We now have just about every Marvel comic released from 2018 through 2020 accounted for and in order, so there has never been a better time to dive in.
